All crested geckos ship via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure the fastest, safest delivery. Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship same day (Monday-Wednesday only to avoid weekend transit delays).
Live Arrival Guarantee
Every crested gecko order includes our 100% live arrival guarantee. In the rare event of a DOA, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Packaging
Each gecko is carefully packaged in an insulated shipping box with phase panels (heat or cold depending on weather), a ventilated deli cup with moist paper towels, and padding for cushion. We monitor weather at both origin and destination to ensure safe transit temperatures.
Returns
Due to the live animal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
